A Service Management Architect is a senior client-facing technical consultant with ServiceNow platform design responsibilities to support multi-tower Service Management initiatives.
The role provides guidance and thought leadership to both our clients and internal resources in process, integration, design, development standards, platform management methods and technology strategy consulting.
Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant
A Service Technical Consultant brings a blend of technical and process capabilities to each project. Technical capabilities include a thorough understanding and creative uses of the ServiceNow platform, integrations, infrastructure, and network security protocols. Process capabilities includes technical implementations of Service Management processes inclusive of Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
ServiceNow Technical Consultant
A Technical Consultant is responsible for the review, configuration and development of customer requirements within the ServiceNow platform. The Technical Consulting uses ServiceNow defined best practices in addition to Service Catalyst’s practice guides to deliver the highest possible work product for our clients.
