Val Arraj

Valerie Arraj has a career of deep and broad experience in both software engineering and  information technology as a technical architect, process architect, and project manager with expertise in the following areas: ITSM (IT Service Management) strategies, ITIL® (IT Infrastructrure Library) processes, IT Operations Management solutions, database design/data warehousing, web-based applications, and application development.

Over the past several years, Ms. Arraj’s specific concentration has been in ITSM/ITIL® and enterprise service management reporting including data warehousing , data management, and the development of supporting applications. She has authored white papers, delivered seminars and training on various aspects of IT management and is ITIL® Expert certified.  An editor for the ITIL V3 Operations and ITIL 2011 Operations publications as well as Lean IT: Enabling and Sustaining Your Lean Transformation, she has played a strategic role at the C and Director levels of organizations assisting in building successful ITSM programs and automation capabilities.

Jay Martin

Jay Martin’s career in Information Technology spans more than 20 years and has included system & network engineering and architecture, technical support and services management, operations management, security management, process consulting and technical sales. With a strong technology background he has helped IT organizations achieve service excellence by defining and automating pragmatic IT Service Management good practices.

Mr. Martin has leveraged his particular depth of expertise in IT Security to develop and implement risk-based security programs and processes that provide tight integration with ITSM processes across the technology lifecycle to meet compliance requirements and security good practices

Joel Ramseyer

Joel is an industry leader in Service Architecture, Service Management Consulting, and Service Automation. Working with his clients, he designs and implements strategies, processes, organizations, operations, and enabling technologies to ensure service delivery excellence. Joel has an uncanny ability to simultaneously provide strategy and vision for clients and tactically deliver. He successfully leads large-scale Service Management initiatives for global IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Service, and Facilities organizations. Joel has a wealth of knowledge in Service Automation leveraged through the ServiceNow platform. Prior to joining Service Catalyst, Joel was VP of Global Program Delivery at Fruition Partners.
