Founded in 2008, Service Catalyst is laser focused on Service Management and Business Process improvement.  In 2014, the resources of Diagonal Service, Inc. joined Service Catalyst allowing us to add Service Automation as an end-to-end provider.  Our team is driven by the core principle that service excellence is the key to success.
